Current mockup behaviour
The enquiry forms on this mockup do not send information to a website database. When you submit a form, the site prepares an email in your device’s email application. You choose whether to send it.
Information you may provide
You may choose to provide your name, contact details, postcode, project type, project description, preferred contact method and how you heard about Belmax.
Why the information is used
If you send the prepared email, Belmax can use the information to understand and respond to your project enquiry.
Before publication
This notice must be reviewed when a live form provider, analytics service, hosting platform or cookie-dependent service is selected. Their processing, retention and contact arrangements must be described accurately before launch.
